My job as the leader of Vivid Rock is to unearth the superstars of today and tomorrow and connect them with some of the best companies in the UK. I’m a real people person, I love learning new things and I get a tremendous kick from helping individuals successfully navigate through their career journeys.

My own life experience has led me here and created a diamond-hard foundation for the business that is Vivid Rock today. Like a lot of people, when I completed my education, I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to do or where I wanted to go career wise. 

Luckily for me, I met a wise and inspiring recruitment consultant who could see I was a bit directionless. He listened to me, gave me confidence and advice, and found me job after job where I learned different disciplines in different industries, supporting and guiding me along the way. 

Then one day I had a revelation. I realised that I wanted to do what he did. I also wanted to inspire others to get the most from their careers and I wanted to help, support and guide people until they found something to love doing. It’s an old quote but a very true one – if we can find that, we'll never work a day in our lives. Or at least, it won’t feel like it! 

So here I am years later with my own recruitment business - Vivid Rock. I’m doing something I love very much. And on the way, I'm privileged to have worked for some amazing recruitment businesses, honing my craft and learning about many industry sectors along the way, including those where I’ve now chosen to specialise.
